East West Entertainment equipment auctioned off?

This auction at East West's North Hollywood, California site had a variety of DVD/CD Replicating and Packaging Systems and was held on October 25, 2012, the same year that their website shut down. It's presumed this location entirely was shut in 2012. Not sure if it was ever sold, though it likely wasn't. I'm thinking about visiting the old East West CA site since it's only a 25 min drive from my home. (let me know if I should)

Also worth noting that East West isn't the only DVD company at the site, Caballero Video Co, Blue Pictures, and Diablo Productions also distribute DVDs that are... just look them up for yourself.

Is it the same East West we all know and love, or could it be another company with the same name?

@DuchIsYourRuler I am certain this is the same East West because I found this while Googling their address printed onto their DVD covers and disc labels: 7230 Coldwater Canyon Ave North Hollywood, CA 91605. The same address can be found on the PDF for the auction.

If this is their equipment to transfer most of the animated, Public Domain, (Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't East West also release some anime as well?) and dingo movies as well then Why on earth do most of them especially the dingo movies look like they were ripped straight of a VHS?
