Janis das Schweinchen Baby is a Dingo Pictures movie that was released in 1996. It is notable for being one of their darkest movies.
Summary[]
On the farm six little pigs are born. But one of them is not like it’s brothers and sisters. It does not act piggish at all. No lazy hanging around, no digging the dirt, no getting real fat. It seems much more exciting to roam about on the farm. The watchdog, which has to keep everything in order on the farm, is getting more and more desperate.
Janis, that's the name of the little pig, is creating a wicked disorder all the time. Until the day when a man appears on the farm who wants to buy a sucking pig. And it is just Janis, he chooses.

Trivia[]
- The Dingo Productions name is shown in the end credits. According to a PDF file that was on the company's website, this film was released after Der Glöckner von Notre Dame, which was the first film to use the Dingo Pictures name.
- The American DVD release from East West Entertainment was only released without bonus cartoons. However, a DVD using the same cover art and barcode that does contain bonus cartoons was released, albeit re-titled "The Three Little Pigs", and uses the Tales of Magic adaptation of the story.
References[]
- Janis's siblings, Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich are named after the members of a British pop/rock band that was popular in the 60's.
