Little White Cat (also known as Princess or Lucy) is a spoiled Persian Cat. Her design is a redraw of Marie from The Aristocats.
She is voiced by Hanna Kandler (and in Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten, Simone Greiss) in the german dub.

Little White Cat is, of course, a small white kitten. She is usually seen with a red bow around her neck.
