Peter und der Wolf is a Dingo Pictures movie that was released in 1996.
Summary[]
Grandfather warns Peter: "Be careful and always stay in the area near the house. It's winter and the wolves are very hungry." But Grandfather has no idea, because Peter is very brave and clever. And he has equally brave friends: the cat, the duck and the bird. Together they decide to catch the wolf. And of course he hardly has a chance against such courage and friendship.
Plot[]
Cast[]
- Viola Seiffe (Narrrator)
Trivia[]
- A majority of the film's music is taken from Peter Siedlaczek's "Orchestral Colours" sample library. The 2009 Johnny Bravo short Johnny Bravo Goes to Bollywood also used the same library, as do certain episodes of South Park.
- Not counting the credits, this is the shortest Dingo Pictures movie. However, if the original full credits are counted as part of the movie's length, Benni und seine Freunde would be the shortest.
- Peter and the Wolf remained under copyright during the film's release. As a result, Dingo received a letter from a lawyer, resulting in the film being re-edited in 2004 as Benni und seine Freunde.
Goofs[]
- At one point, Peter is seen moving, but his walking animation is still.
