This film was released in Germany in two versions: a complete 52-minute version and a shortened 30-minute version. The Kids Only dubs are based on the short version.
In addition, the shot where Piri says "Let her be, Pocahontas is a hero, she rescued all of us from death!" is modified in the 30-minute version. The background has been shifted and the expression on Piri's face is neutral rather than smiling.
The WG/Art Media DVD has all of Quickspear's lines and Piri's aforementioned line almost inaudible on the German track.
At least for the English and Dutch dubs, the music and sound effects are played in a much lower volume.
The "zur selben Zeit im Hafen von London" timecard is translated in English, Dutch and French (despite the French dub not being included on said release).
